The Trout Lake Township Campground will open for the 2024 camping season on Monday, May 13, 2024.
New reservations for the 2024 season will be accepted starting Monday, April 29th, 2024 at 9:00 am. To make a reservation at that time please call (906) 569-3299. Beginning Monday, May 13th you may also make a reservation in person at the Campground office. Please note that reservations will not be taken prior to April 29th. For questions about the campground prior to April 29th, 2024 please call (906) 569-3291.

Deposit Policy
All reservations require the payment of a non-refundable deposit in an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of your reservation. Deposits must be received no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival or your reservation will be canceled.
What Happens Around The Campfire Stays At The Campfire.
Trout Lake Township Park offers 90 campsites, most of which have electricity. Only a few campsites are directly on the lakefront. Access to the boat launch, picnic areas, and a ball diamond are just a few of the amenities this campground offers. The camping area has a shower house, dump station, and public restrooms.

Camp fees paid at check-in. All campers must pay, even if doubled up.

No camping within 50 feet of railroad tracks.

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

Dogs must be on a 10-foot leash at all times. No dogs in the swimming area.

No boats or jet skis in the swimming area.

The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH
-
No riding of ORVs, motorcycles, dune buggy, or scooters except directly to/from campsite.

Fire must be contained in a fire ring at all times.

No public intoxication and no profanity will be allowed.

Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m.

Treat bathrooms and park grounds with respect.

No outside dumping of garbage in the dumpsters.

Violations will result in one verbal warning, then removal without refund.
